Welcome PMP® Aspirant

ITTO Tutor® is designed for the visual learner. Knowing how the processes are arranged and ordered are necessary to understand the process order. The PMP® exam tests your knowledge of performing business applications in a project environment. There is order, in the way the processes are utilized in solving business applications and solving problems.

Each Process has ITTO’s (Inputs, Tools & Techniques, and Outputs) that need to be completed to complete the process. These ITTO’s need to be individually understood to apply properly. Many ITTO’s are used several times in many processes, others are unique to a single process.

The ITTO Tutor® is designed to show you each of the ITTO’s on the process chart at one time. Thereby giving you the visibility of all the duplicate ITTO’s on the process chart. The visual learner now can memorize each process that utilized the ITTO being studied.

The developer of the ITTO Tutor® is Jack Ferguson. He has been an entrepreneur and project manager for over 35 years. He has seen a need for a simpler way to review and to memorize the ITTO’s, and to understand the process flow by using the ITTO’s. This is learning the process chart from the inside out. Jack has heard from the feedback from exam takers that the test taker must know the process chart backwards and forwards. Well this tool allows you to do just that. As you utilize the tool you will see the value of understanding each ITTO and where each ITTO is utilized.

ITTO Tutor® wishes you well and good luck in your future.
