Michelle Gilchrist has over 17 years of experience working for large companies in the utilities and manufacturing industries.  She has spent several years working in nuclear operations and also human resources leadership roles.  She has her MBA, PMP, Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification, and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Jack is a consultant, educator and project manager. Jack holds the copyright to the ITTO Tool. He teaches corporate classes in project management to improve productivity of project execution, and to educate those who are candidates for the PMP^® exam. Jack also teaches Six Sigma methodologies. He has instructed as a consultant for VMEdu and Six Sigma Scrum Live for the past four years. Jack served as CEO / CFO of Commercial Turbine Services (CTS) / Air Parts Supply (APS) for 22 years. Prior to CTS/APS, he held positions as CFO for Pacific Airmotive Corporation, Burbank Ca. and Controller for Interturbine Los Angeles Ca.

Prem works as Techno Functional Project Manager with Oracle Corp. He is a subject matter expert in the areas of Risk Management and Compliance and handles multimillion projects for Fed Regulatory compliances. He is also a Product Owner namely for Basel compliance and Liquidity Risk. Prem has 2 decades of experience in handling clients, managing projects, and developing products. He loves to teach and wants to share his knowledge on managing projects to fellow aspirants of PMP certification. He was Jack Ferguson’s student while preparing his PMP examination.

Franklin lived in the Pacific NW his entire life. A graduate of Seattle University and Seattle Pacific University, he majored in Organizational Leadership and Development. He has nearly 20 years of combined working experience as a Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and IT Manager in local companies such as; Boeing, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Microsoft. Franklin discovered the SSSL Process Tool during his PMP Exam preparation, credits the ITTO tool as a major contribution to his studies, and is very excited to participate as a contributor for version 6 of the PMBOK.
